VINYASA
Mondays & Thursdays

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
YIN
Tuesdays 6:30 PM
You'll be guided through Yin which is slow and gentle for balance and Yasa (Vinyasa/Flow) Breath to Movement for energy.
HATHA
Saturdays 10 AM (90 min) & Wednesday 6:30 PM
A meditative practice that utilizes long posture holds to center attention. Frees the spirit. Increases body awareness. Refreshes the body by relieving muscle strain while creating a mind and body connection.
PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE PROJECT
Tuesdays 6:30 PM
Utilizing techniques from Functional Range Conditioning, mobility and joint control training, which, unlike many current systems, is based in scientific principals and research.
Mobility, defined as the extent of controllable flexibility across articulations (flexibility plus strength), refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses.

I approach yoga the same way I approach life – to reach a goal you must step out of your comfort zone and surrender yourself to the journey. As a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, my friends call me “The Machine” because of my love of precision in my personal practice.
As a teacher, I am passionate about providing my students with the techniques and instruction they need to reach their goals on (and off) the mat. I believe that through proper technique, alignment, breath control, and mental focus a student can unlock their practice’s true potential. You’ll find my teaching style to be compassionate, mindful, inclusive, strict, and dedicated to the growth of my student's complete practice.
My life's mantra is Be. Here. Now. There is only now. Focus on the "now" only.
