HATHA YOGA

Wednesdays 6:30pm (60 min)
Saturdays 10am (90 min)

Centers attention. Frees the spirit. Increases body awareness. Refreshes the body by relieving muscle strain. Relaxes the mind and body.
Each class we will focus on working through a complete primary series of asanas to create a mind-body connection. Followed by a brief period of meditation.

We'll explore a set sequence primary and secondary series each session to create physical strength and more importantly mental focus.
